CRASAC is an established specialist agency, working in the voluntary sector providing a counselling service, advocacy and support to survivors of sexual violence. 

When you join CRASAC you join a team of diverse, dedicated, skilled and experienced women with a passion for providing the best service and advocacy for victims and survivors of sexual abuse. We are a close-knit team who challenge and support each other to make sure we are doing things right and doing the right things.

We shortlist job candidates solely on the basis of demonstrated qualifications, skills and experience relevant for the role. However please note that due to the nature of our work with our clients, we only are able to consider applications from ​female applicants. (See Gender Equality note below.)

Gender equality

CRASAC recruits female volunteers and staff only who will be working with survivors of sexual violence under the Equality Act, 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, Paragraph 1.

We realise that men and boys may also wish to help and support the service, and you are able to do this through external fundraising and awareness raising events.
